Community Risk Management Plan

The Community Risk Management Plan is updated every three years, to reflect the changing dynamics of our Island. To ensure that we can provide an effective service into the future, it is important that we look ahead at the changes which we might need to respond to. We use an approach called PESTELO analysis to help with this, which involves assessing the political, economic, societal, technological, environmental, legal and organisational landscape to determine significant risks and drivers.
